I must admit, when someone books a newborn session I secretly get excited. That newborn smell, those teeny tiny feet and hands…. I just love getting my newborn fix!
I also love being able to give parents something to treasure forever. They are only newborns for such a short time.. we quickly forget how wrinkled their skin was.. the scaly skin on their feet…all that gorgeous squishyness!
I got my newborn fix again this afternoon, and had the pleasure of meeting Petra and her gorgeous 5lb cherub.. Baby Cecelia. She had the most perfect features.. and her eyes were just stunning! Don’t you agree? We spent a while trying to get her off to sleep, but it appeared wee Cecelia was most interested in following me around the room. At one point she moved her body around completely! Beautiful eyes, perfect in everyway.. need I say more?!
